Workplace modernisation in Saint-Herblain
320 m² to rethink for a growing company — spaces that no longer matched its image or its ambitions. The project was built around a dual requirement: welcoming clients with a strong identity, and allowing teams to work with greater fluidity.
The marine world, at the heart of the company's activity, became the guiding thread of the project. Wood, a noble and warm material, was introduced as a visual signature — present in the reception areas, partitions, and bespoke furniture. Not decorative anecdote, but a coherent intention that anchors the brand identity in the architecture of the place itself.
The reorganisation of circulation was designed to smooth movement, reduce friction zones, and foster communication between teams. Each space found its place within a more legible, more efficient overall scheme — serving people as much as image.
